Special Offer

A 15% discount may be applied to stays 5 days or longer. This does not apply to public holidays and key dates surrounding public holiday stays.

Cancellations & Refunds

All bookings require payment in advance in full and are not confirmed until the payment is received. Cancellations are fully refundable up to 14 days before booking at which time no refunds will be permitted. Refunds will not include losses from conversion rates or foreign currency bank charges on international payments. Please note a $50 cleaning fee is required for all bookings and this applies twice per week on longer stays. Any damage or repair costs required as a result of your stay will be charged to you at repair cost, this includes additional cleaning charges should the standard $50 fee not apply due to extreme soiling or debris.
